First off this dealer needs to be fired, then kicked in the nuts several times on the way out the door.

Second, the floor needs a good nut-kicking for allowing this moron dealer to continue to live, let alone continue to be employed.

Third, you should NEVER leave the table, or give up your cards, until the floor actually comes to the table and makes a decision. Once the cards are gone and the next hand is being dealt, you're screwed. YELL for the floor, don't get up and go get them.
