The wynn's room is certainly far from tops in the EV dept, so customer service is really important from my point of view. Often times when I show up at wynn, the games are full of coffee drinking locals whom you couldn't squeeze a friggin' nickel out of. Those days my trips there last about 15 minutes, after which I usually wind up at MGM. Add in the poor customer service and next time I'll probably just wise up, save time, and head straight for another casino in the first place.

And if you're pissed off, don't play. Or at least don't play for real. That day I quit and went down to the ghetto end of the strip and blew off some small bets raising blind in a 2-4 game.
