In hand 1 I would bet the turn. Eveyone limped preflop and hasn't yet shown any strength. I don't like going for the check raise because the board is unlikely to have hit anyone, and there is a good chance it might get checked around. In hand 2 I would consider checking the turn considering you had three players cold call preflop.
