That's what I thought you were refering to. I'm pretty sure there aren't many states that have that. I know Virginia doesn't, because I have three felonies. It's obviously retarded and isn't justice in any way.

I think it would be good to have a very thorough review of an inmate every so often. Virginia no longer has parole, but alot of states do. I think if the state allows parole, every inmate (with the exception of death row, if it applies) should be eligible for parole at some point. A very detailed review of what they've done while locked up would be necessary. It's hard to imagine how I would feel if the murderer of one of my family members was paroled, but I think there are cases where people should be given another chance.
