all it takes is some creativeness and approaching a site with an idea that will make them money. if the idea makes sense they will allow a bonus or program of this sort.

it does help to be established and have a track record, but being large helps the affiliate protect itself if a marketing idea goes south, as they can weather the storm.

but the sites wont offer an affiliate anything but the regular procedures written on their site, one must ask for preferential deals if he wants them.

all it takes is a little creativeness/brainstorming, hard work, and the balls to ask for something and backup your idea, you may be surprised with what they are willing to do.
