I belong to the
Killer Poker Online theory that it is -EV to do anything besides play poker when playing poker online. So I play my 2-3 tables, I keep track if my tables are still good (with 2+ bad players), look for other tables, and that's it. No music, no reading, no TV, no web surfing, and so on.
My cats do jump up on my lap occasionally, but I usually throw them off when I get into a hand...
