I play it the same way (which isn't necessarily good news for you ).
It's easy for someone with top pair (in this case, say he has the J) to disregard the possibility you have an overpair.
He could have flopped 2 pair or better, of course, but I'm happy with your raises on flop and turn and then putting the brakes on on the river.
