Okay, now for some advice from a GIRL.

Four - Foreplay is your friend. Don't think you can just "stick it inside". Romance her, let her feel like more than a concubine. And don't become one of those hypocritical guys that demands head but refuses to return the favor.

Five - Menstrual sex is kinda painful, as the blood is an anti-lube. Plus if she has cramps, last thing she needs is you thrusting against the very parts that are cramping. It's like having a migraine and asking someone to hit you repeatedly with a baseball bat.

Six - Your first time, maybe even first few times, aren't going to be special at all. Don't worry about those, and instead figure out what she likes, and get really good at those things.
