Call, you have nut-low and nut str8. It's a shot to 3/4 the players. You could be 1/3'd for the low if one player has the flush and all have the low.
120/2 = 60 high & 60 for low at worst you get back 20 on the 30 call. At best you get $80 if you pick off a nutlow bluff.
I think the call is worthwhile because you get to see or read on how the other players are playing. It's information that could be useful as the game progresses. It also shows/indicates that you are not bluffable.
