Open up a blank paint page, go down to the bottom and click on the circle in the middle, drag the page down until you think you'll have enough space for all the images, you can always do it again later if you run out of space.

Open up another paint window and open your first panel, copy/paste into the first paint window and repeat for all panels, putting them underneath each other.

Once that's finished select them all together with the dotted rectangle tool, select copy to and save it as a JPG. Upload.
