Lucid dream means realizing you're dreaming while you're still dreaming, so a wet dream would only be a lucid dream if you were aware that you were dreaming while banging the girl.

I've often been able to pass directly from the waking state to the dream state while still maintaining consciousness. It's pretty awesome. They call this a WILD (Wake-Induced Lucid Dream).
