It's okay to hate him...so long as it doesn't seep into your objectivity on obvious logical reasoning, which it doesn't appear to have done.

But on the other hand, I consider this just another example of how the government unfairly uses the perjury trap. They don't have evidence of an actual federal crime, so they get Bonds to answer questions under oath for the purpose of catching him in a lie.
I know the comeback to this point is that the government had a legitimate interest in investigating steroids. But when it appears that an investigation is largely motivated to nab one particular, high profile individual, the entire process becomes tainted.
