The Federal Government has chosen not to pursue a case against them. That isn't anything I can control. You agree with RedBean in all the Bonds threads when he uses that logic, yet when I do I'M wrong?

Are Fainaru-Wada and Williams inculpable? Never said that. However, I did say they haven't been convicted of any crimes other than contempt. How many times do I need to say it?
