Nah, if that's what your group is doing, don't translate it into something different for the sake of posting here. We get a better flavor for your game if you tell us what's really happening.
Larry thinks your group should change the denomination when you are playing at the tourney, not that you should change them in your head when you tell us what happened.
Personally, I don't care, let your group use whatever denominations you want, unless they are so weird that I have trouble following the action (i.e. "There we were at the 21379/42758 blind level when garden snake opened up for 149653 and I looked down at my stack of 342064 and decided to...")
