Long time reader, buy my first posted hand (except one in BBV). Go easy on me if this one is obvious--and if it is, I hope I made the right decision at the table.

$22. Villain is 24/12.5/1.16. Table has been playing tight since the bubble burst, usually with raises taking pots down PF. (Only 3 flops, 1 turn & 0 rivers in the 25 hands preceeding this one.)
