As NUMEROUS posters have said, people would have KILLED for this information when younger. He is just wasting it by rubbing her hair and staring at her legs. What is the point?

I agree that he should cut her off, but it looks like he has "one-itis" and is obsessing over this girl. Since he's probably not willing to cut all ties right now, I recommended things that will make him more attractive to her (learning to game other women). Once he has the ability to attract women in general, he'll have many more options, and will probably cut off this girl on his own.
