Default Re: BRAG: Lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks

Hmm, lol not the best dieting attitude there mate.

A few quick notes:

Eggs BV value is awesome, they're an awesome protein source.

230lbs, even at 180lbs of muscle mass you'd have 50lbs of fat at the start which is around 25% BF - thats high and 230lbs at 6ft even going by BMI is clearly overweight/noticeable. However friends and family, by default dont want to hurt you - They only say "wow you was a whale" once you've lost the 100lbs lol.

Your attitude to dieting seems a bit poor, your eating premade meals and depending on pills for vitamins/minerals. Where are your good fats(Omega 3's, 9's, 6's) and general mono/poly/sat balance?
Wheres the fibre in this diet?
Why are you even eating prepared meals, if your dieting why not burn calories by standing up and preparing your own food?

Honestly this diet is for a 40 year old women who wants to drop 30lbs for the week to impress her friends at bingo.

You've lost muscle and alot of water weight, carbs come with about 300% water weight per gram.

I'd get a good cardio routine(HIIT or steady paced, 45minutes fasted).
A decent resistance routine to grow and preserve your muscle(which you've lost) and finally a balanced diet consisting of small meals often based on solid foods such as low GI(Wholegrain/meal/wheat) carbs, good balanced fat profile(Mono/Poly/sats and omega 3:9:6 balance) and get minerals and vitamins from fruit sources and veggies which will give your body the fibre it needs.

finally alot of fluid intake, fibre is a sponge and sponges are hard to push through a hose pipe if they're dry.

Good luck buddy,
i'd advise you drop this diet though.

i'm sure someone can Tl;dr this and put it into BBV terms.
