Precum isn't about control because it's not about ejaculation. It's just your system clearing stuff out and getting the pH balance right.

However, sperm can come with it. And, you can have precum without coming even remotely close to orgasm. Don't think it's a matter of willpower or control, experience, or excitement level, because it's not.
