You should post this hand in the Full Ring forum, you'll get better responses there.

At least for 6max, you should raise preflop. As played though, call the river... looks like a busted draw or complete bluff. If he turns over a King or a Jack, make a note that he slow plays top pair or checks 2nd pair and move on.
