I',m assuming you are talking aobut the Raymer--stop and go is a common tactic in tournament play. I doubt that Raymer made it up, but he was one of the first people I recall talking about it and helping it stick in my head...I still have a few more and it is unlikely that I can give credit where credit is due--there are way more than these people who have helped my game--I'm just recollecting the "major" posts that helped me along with the "major" names that got me there. Who was first? I donno. I'm not trying to rank anyone and I guarantee there are posters I've left off here that helped me. Lots.
