i told them my bonus was expiring and asked for an extension. they said i had another month to clear. bonus page said it expired like 9/27, they said i had until 10/27.

well the bonus did expire (i could no longer access the bonus page in the cashier). i email again asking why i can't see the bonus page if i still have the bonus. they reply that it's still an active bonus and i have to clear X fpps to release it.

i do that and email them back "ok i got all the fpps and the bonus isn't showing up."

response: "oh sorry that was a misunderstanding but now we have put the fpps you spent on the bonus back into your account."

so now instead of the cash money i have these onecall gift certificates.
