So you're saying it would only be NE -5 @ home or so? I think if this was in NE it would be NE -7, hence where I get the -4. Either way both teams look unstoppable, should be a crazy game.

If you think NE is -2 on the road, they would be -8 at home. They lose 3 points for being on the road, and gain 3 more at home. They'd be -5 on a neutral field.
