Default Re: From 1$ to 10,000$, the start of a journey.

I started out doing something like this. I played 3 weeks worth of freerolls on pokerstars and didn't cash in any until I got like a 50th place finish for $0.50 in the middle of August. I remember I was so excited when I finally got REAL(!!!) money on my account (don't really know why I was so against just putting money on there lol). I took it to the Limit OMaha hi tables, won a few hands up to $1. Then started grinding at Omaha8 tables for about 1 week and ran it up to like $5. Then started messing around at SNGs and put all my money into 3 of them at the same time, and very luckily I won one and cashed in another which game me about $6. I remember the days where I lost one dollar were killer because that was about 20% of my roll. Then I started to actually take it seriously and grinded up from LHE .02/.04.

I started to keep track of my sessions somewhere in the middle of September. For 10 days I kept at it at LHE .02/.04 and ran my roll up to $12 and was playing about 1 hour a day . Realized that this was gonna take forever so last month I switched to NLHE .01/.02 and now I'm at $85 and still following good bankroll management. Oh yeah, during the course of all this I only play 100-200 hands per day. I think at this point that my BB/100 hands is about 70Pts+/100. Sad I'm still playing at NL2 but it's fun and easy when you have never played at higher limits and every session your bankroll has never been bigger, and looking forward to moving up to NL5. Like if I went broke, there is no way I'm doing those stupid freerolls again. Any1 wanna estimate my RoR during all this was?
