I'm curious about this item. You're main point is you are trying to induce them to bet at you. Wouldn't laying down to a reraise also do this? Wouldn't this encourage them to come over the top at you more?

1) I'm raising to take control of the hand, get it HU's and out play my opponents post flop. If I continually fold after a re-raise, then I won't see a flop.
2) How often am I going to get a good hand versus a bad hand? I want to apply pressure and make my opponents play out of their "comfort zone". Again, I can't apply this tactic if I continue to fold to re-raises.
