I think this show works way better as a half hour. This was perfect. Thought the commercial was great and it is always nice when they show us glimpses that Michael isn't a complete tool.
Plus we saw the start of the first potential issue for Pam and Jim to deal with. He is obviously really not happy with the way his life is going (aside from being with Pam).
Flying Dwight was great.
