quick thing that comes to mind (probably because it happened to me) is they arbitrarily lock accounts sometimes with very vague explanations and take [censored] forever to unlock it

Believe me, im no UB shill or anything but Shaundeeb's story is definitely not 100% accurate. I can tell you that on more than one occasion ive clicked the BJ button and it said my account was disabled from BJ. And I hardly every play BJ, and when I do im definitely not a huge winner or anything.
