I really think this whole put the person in the other camp thing is really lame. Bring back Exile Island- I thought that was a really neat concept. It made a person live by themselves for a night and struggle/cry/etc.
This whole season is decent (I wholeheartedly agree about the challenges being sick good) but the personalities just don't do it for me.
I really enjoy the backstabbing, drama, and strategy of Big Brother a lot more.

I actually reallly enjoy the kidnapping twist they have this year. It adds a whole new dimension to the show.
1)It give that individual a chance to mingle with the other tribe and possibly build new alliances with the other group early on in the game. Especially with the trusting of giving a clue to another member. This can play out huge and potential for plenty of drama at the end of the game.
2)Unbeknownst to the tribes, only a few members will ever know there is an actual immunity idol this season. They can speculate on it but Jeff never mentions the availability of the immunity idol during tribal council.
3)Most of the tribe members are left in the dark as to how important the kidnapping twist actually plays out in the game. Some will have a nonchalant attitude about who to kidnap, while others who knows the potential consequence of it will have a lot on the line near the end of the game. Drama.
4)There's going to be plenty of backstabbing and doublecrossing at the end. Like last week for example when Dave made an agreement with Todd that he'd share the idol clue with Dave if he ever got kidnapped to the other tribe. What happens is someone else from Dave's allinance also makes the same agreement with Todd and Todd can only give out ONE person the clue when it's his turn to pay back. It's for not right now as Dave is eliminated, but you get the idea.
5)You can use this whole kidnapping twist into your strategy, both for information or to keep information away from another group near the end.
There's so much more that can come out of this. All in all, I absolutely love the twist. The possibilities are actually endless as to what they can do with it. In past seasons when they send one person to exile island, they spend a day there by themselves....boohoo....plenty of drama there. I always hated the exile island twist. It practically did nothing for the show. And since last year when Yau man volunteered himself to go to exile so he would get another clue for the idol, it's clear they needed to change it up. It's shocking that no other contestant has volunteered themselves up to this point.
