It, however, makes for the best possible job imaginable when you factor in how much time they work a year and how much $$$ they get.

IMO the show suffers from this overall (3 weeks would be fine!), but it also benefits from the fact that they can push stuff past Comedy Central censoring them a lot easier, cause CC doesn't want to be left with nothing to air at all.
