You are likely running an older version of Poker Office and need to update to Poker Office 2.33. Older versions of Poker Office use a custom javaw.exe that interferes with the new PokerStars chat window... even if it is not currently running now but has been run since your last system restart.

Wow - I haven't run PO for quite some time. The chat window is actually from an Omaha table. If updating PO doesn't work, I'll get back to you.
