First and very important: this is not the nut flush. There is a pair on the board, so a flush can't be the nuts here...
Second, I rarely chase draws on paired boards, especially if the are as scary as this one. People love to play AQ...
Third, as hand was played, I think it's not too god. You're playing against 5(!) opponents, chances someone having an A or even a Q aren't too bad plus you're heavily OOP.
I'd check the flop and see how the action develops.
