I don't hate the 2 table with re-entries, though I would prefer just the single table with one 1 winner, 2 re-entries and cash paid to 4th. Just to be technical, you guys are forgetting the juice, so the actual payout for 2 tables with 2 winners would look like this:

1-2: PCA Package
3-7: Step 6 $2100 re-entry
8: $1500
