As I see it, Villain intended to fold, however my psychic divinations (or the floor's) are not a valid factor to determine the outcome. Since there was no explicit fold, the hand should still be live*
Hero should be rightly pissed - at the bigmouth who interfered with the hand. I would reseat Hero or Bigmouth, if not both of them.
*If Foxwoods has a rule about not exposing a hand in play, the hand should be killed for violation of this rule. I do not know if such a rule exists.
