I was simply referring to the fact that um you should read stickies as this type of threads are annoying and its gonna get locked.
As to the question. It depends. Its ok to call with hands like 98s in BB with several people in the pot because you have a good relative position postflop and a good price. But only if you are confident you are good postflop OOP. And either the original raiser is tight enough to get some implied odds or bad enough that you can out play him. Its ok to fold it preflop if you play several tables and dont want trouble. 3betting is also very good, but you need to be very selective who you do it to.
