Where is your source for this? Unless you're thinking conspiracy here, I think it's clear that most people, even those way below average IQ, are smarter that what Bush appears to be.
I don't know if you were being sarcastic here or what. I mean yeah, Bush is really stupid, but I wouldn't go as far as to say he's say in the bottom 10%. Perhaps bottom 30 or 35% would be right.
