I just don't see what you beat here. This very well could be TT, 33 or 22, esp. considering how dry the flop is and the turn really isn't all that scary either. I would think he'd put a raise in somewhere, but I feel that you're not beating squadoosh here and it's pure valuetown for villain.
It looks like a fold, but ugh, eh?
I wonder, though, if maybe checking either the turn or river vs a solid TAG is the better line here? I mean, you're repping a big hand, so do we think we're getting 3 streets of value from a solid TAG who has not seen us get out of line?
