They are working on a fix, hopefully they get it soon. YEah I could go ahead and sign up for gold, but Im a cheap bastard and want my free 48 hours first.

Sign a new account up. Select silver when it gives the choices. Your account will automatically be upgraded to a 3 month gold trial. You can do this 3 times per xbox.
