I've had 4 emails from CR admin. All of them stated they would have a tech contact me soon. I had my card charged twice, and 2 verification emails for the purchases. Non of them have my username in it. I tried logging on using the password and username I set up. Then I tried alternates, none of which worked.
I also received an e-mail from a @golden-tech.com address stating :
Dear CardRunners Member:
While your payment has gone through unfortunately your account was not set up. Did you get any errors while setting up your account? What would you like your username to be? I can go ahead and manually set it up for you

None of these e-mails have been any help in responding a way a business should. If they can charge my account twice, I figured they'd at least be able to set up my account.
All this bs makes it seem like the membership isn't even worth it. Has anyone else had similar problems as far as not being able to get your username/password e-mailed to you, or getting eternal wrong user name/pwd?
