A raked hand(no Limit) is for each player at the table
there has to be a penny raked. All this means is that
at a full table the rake has to reach a dime. If there
is not much action at the table and the pot is less than
$2 only five cents is raked. If there are only five people
at the table then the five scent rake counts(1cent for
five players)
If there are six or more then the rake has to be ten cents.
This dosn't mean you have to contribute,it just means that
the players left have to bet enough to generate a proper
rake.
