Good spot for a smooth call I think.
We're waaaay ahead of everything here (aside from AA of course) and there are no draws to charge. If we call, there will be $72 in the pot on the turn, and we only need to get another ~190 or so in with 2 more streets to bet. So even if they both check to you on the turn, a $50 bet + a call makes $172 in the pot, setting up a river shove nicely. So we don't really need to raise the flop to get the money in if MP has a big ace (which is likely given the action).
The other nice thing about smooth calling is that we're IP and we may be able to squeeze another bet out of UTG if he fires again on the turn, whereas he will almost certainly fold to a flop raise unless he has 44.
