It basically doesnt matter how you mod it; table size stays the same. Same goes for the names and avatars (I dont think you can mod these)
But err... your HUD looks way too cluttered. I think it tilts you because some players have small fonts, and others dont. Make sure you either put everything in a small font, or all at normal font. I would tilt looking at your HUD aswell.
