A 27/13 isn't LAG if anything according to his more likely tendency to cold call preflop he's probably 3 betting less than typical 22/18 TAGs. He's probably 3 betting only about 5% of his hands due to your UTG+1 iso and his MP reraise with a fishy likely to come along if he just calls.
