Pokerstars didn't take money from ZJ because there apparently wasnt any actual money that could be attributed to multi-accounting. This case is clearly different.

I do. If, as is being implied, this guy was playing multiple accounts in the same tournament, then PS will be able to figure it out. It can be time consuming and a very manual process, but with time spent it is detectable. Sometimes it is as easy as a phone call.
