Re: Hand from Borgata WPT
Fold. The guy has AA like everytime.
The only possible hand besides AA is maybe he misread his hand and has A4.
The details that make this so obvious to me are the low voiced raise. Consistent with AA.
Checking the flop is consistent with the player bluffing the old lady and showing. The flop check with a set against two players he precieves to be good and tricky is consistent with showing bluffs to old ladies he probably feels a bit superior to.
Against the big boys he wants to pull off a tricky slow play. Also, I think he would bet with KK because this player would expect to get big action from and ace (this type of player always assumes that someone has top pair). Same with AK. QQ would fold turn.
The raise confusion is a genuine mistake caused by the excitement of having a big hand against the good tough players and the fact that he was thinking on some level about getting out the big chips with his monster hand. Very consistent with AA.
I hope you catch an 8 on the river cause you have but 2outs.
