Since he's a straightforward, not tricky guy, I don't see that he meant to do that tricky play on turn really, It looks like he made a mistake. So he just wanted to call the turn, so what hands he could have here? I don't think he could have a big hand such AA/KK or AK, because any jack or queen on river would make a str8 for one of his opponents then he would mostly raise turn than call. I think he probably holds QQ or JJ and even TT is likely here. I would call and lead river betting something around 4-5k.
