I dunno, not much to say. I've been at the same place for six years which is an eternity in my industry, avg tenure is probably like 14 months. it's really starting to become a grind and a lot of the stuff I used to like about the job is fading away. my phone has been ringing off the hook from recruiters, so I'm not too worried about getting another gig. besides that I have a ton of people I used to work with at a bunch of different companies that I can turn to.

so I walked into the boss's office yesterday and said I'm leaving, he said can we talk you into staying and I said no.

there's some little side projects that I've been kicking around in my mind for the last couple years, so I'll probably try to work on those. crush the wpf side games at the end of this month, start looking for a new job in a couple months. sleep in a lot. the problem is I gave three wks notice and really don't feel like doing anything now. I feel happy though.
