You make a post requesting feedback. OldLearner replies to your post (as you requested) and then you go on to berate him - very nice. You are a class act, sir.

You were inconvenienced because you had to send in a little paperwork. Big freakin' deal. This is fairly common practice among many of the small to mid size sites.

Is it an inconvenience? Sure. Then end of the world? I don't think so Henny Penny.

With all the concern around security and integrity I'm surprised anyone would be stressed about having to produce a few pieces of identification prior to their first withdrawal. I do acknowledge the inconvenience but man... get a grip.

I know hindsight is 20/20 but next time you may want to omit the "what do you think?" part.
