If everbody acted this way, we'd need a damned umpire to determine whether a hand gesture was a check or not. Better yet, why not just plain check and then claim you didn't and make them play the tape?
We'll get in 2-3 hands an hour, everybody will hate everybody, nobody will make any money (except the casino)and it will suck.
Fake checks are cheating. I feel sorry for anyone who is so amoral that they can't tell the difference between trying to get the best of it and cheating.
