So I eventually found the upgrade page by just typing in
http://www.cardrunners.com/members/upgrade.php in the address bar, but it wants to charge me the extra $100 sign up fee even though I was told over email it would be waived since I had an account a few months ago. I think oh well, it's worth way more than $100 to me anyways, and just pay the extra money.
But after I hit submit it logs me out and brings me to the sign-up page. After re-logging in, nothing is changed on my account.

THIS IS MY EXACT PROBLEM AS WELL. cancelled my subscription back in April/May and now i really want it back.
sent e-mail to
[email protected] and they said they would let me off the sign up fee.
so i log in... go to accont. click update. and it asks me for the full $125. so obv i could go through with it... but would obv rather save the $100... = 2 buy-ins to me!
they then sent me an e-mail saying that this would be fixed soon.... so i am just checking every 6 hours or so.
any of you tech guys know when my problem will be fixed?
