Default Re: Worst long running TV show ever

Trying to cover ground that hasn't already been... I haven't seen mention of any of those Pat Robinson preacher shows. Lawrence Welk was "trippy". There are many shows that I didn't seem more of then an ad or a few minutes -- a handful of "long running shows" in this thread I've never even heard of. America's Funniest Home videos I saw once, and felt vaguely embarrassed. Little House on the Prarie seemed like a really bad idea -- that reminds me of the Merlin Olsen thing I never saw.

Anyway. I tend to change the channel when I don't find things entertaining. And it seems kind of against the rules to mention a show that I watched but which clearly doesn't hold up (Love Boat + Fantasy Island was appointment TV at one point). Oh, and I can't see how Hee Haw, painful as it was, fits in at all.
