okay, well this is working for some people and not for others. i can assure you we are looking into it, there are now hundreds of users in the system.
One possible fix:
Start->Run
Type in: cmd then click ok
Type in: ipconfig /flushdns
Restart browser and hopefully DNS is resolving correctly

I could log on the website before but the screen told me to pay so I tried the above commands. Now cardrunners.com won't even load and I keep seeing
www.app1.cardrunners.com flickering on the bottom left of the browser and I get an error.

yeah, same thing happening to me after doing the flushdns command.
also, just as an fyi to the cardrunners guys, firefox didn't like the site's security certificate, said it could not be verified.
